# Lake Blaine – 6 Bedroom Vacation Rental in Kalispell, Montana | Pmi Realty Management Nw

3-story home with 6 bedrooms, triple decks with lakefront access on Lake Blaine. The home offers private dock, boat shore station & private launch. Come and ice fish or bring your speed boat during the summer months. There is a massive kitchen and dining area combination to accommodate the family. This home can host up to 14 people. Relax on the decks, overlooking Lake Blaine enjoying refreshments with family, and friends. At the end of the day, slip into the spa to watch the Montana night sky!

It is in a premier location, lakefront, private boat dock and lift, private boat ramp with access to Lake Blaine, 15 minutes from Glacier National Park Airport, 25 minutes from Glacier National Park entrance, private hot tub, fantastic views from all three levels and much, much more!

The location is ideal for vacationing in the Flathead Valley! Lake Blaine is a public lake but there is no public boat launch. This helps keep the boat volume to low levels in the summer months where other lakes like Whitefish and Flathead are very crowded. We also have an enclosed boat storage unit available. The boat dock and lift are on the shore below the house. The open area above the homes is our storage unit and trailer parking.

Sleeping arrangements:
➤ Bedrooms 1 and 2 have King-sized beds
➤ Bedroom 3 has a Queen-sized bed
➤ Bedroom 4 has a Bunk bed and double bed
➤ Bedrooms 5 and 6 have Double beds

1. The boat launch is private, owned by the HOA. Guests wishing to use the boat launch, must first inform the PMI guest services team 24 hours prior, to unlock the gate for launching and take out of rental watercraft.
2. There is a front door access as well as a side door access with a keyless entry system installed.
3. Just to let you know, the home is located in a rural area of the county, and private roads and driveways are not plowed on a regular schedule. Please be prepared for winter driving to access the property.
4. The front entrance and the side entrance have doorbell cameras. The exterior rear has a camera that is for the security of the stairs leading to the lake/boat dock. 
5. The property has a security alarm that is disabled by the host and not in use.

- **Anonymous**: "This place was awesome - the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen at a rental. The management company was quick to respond and very helpful/accommodating. We were staying with four toddlers so I’m going to give some details that I think parents of little ones would want to know! 

1) If you have travel cribs/toddler beds/slumber pods, there are a few extra spaces in this house where you can set them up and not have to worry about noise. The office area that they show in the pictures actually has a closing door (the other leads into one of the upstairs bedrooms), and the primary bedroom has a huge closet that fits at least two travel cribs. 

2) The bunk room is accessed through the upstairs room that also has the extra office space. This makes for an excellent little family suite. 

3) The stairs down to the water are steep/long, but once you get there, there's a little pebble beach with enough room for some chairs, lots of floats and toys, etc.

We had plenty of room in the family room for a cozy fire and family game nights and puzzles.  The lake location was wonderful and we had a couple of days for swimming as well.  We wish we would have rented kayaks for our week but it was too late once we arrived.  The top two floors have been totally renovated and updated. The bottom floor has not been updated but was still very cozy.  We had a great time and it was very convenient to Whitefish and West Glacier.  Great memories were made!" (10/5)
